Introduction
Your most important day is dawning... You’ve
sorted the venue, food and car - but who do you choose to provide you
with your evening’s entertainment? We believe that you want to
take the same time and care selecting your evening’s entertainment
as you have done selecting the venue, catering and other wedding services.
Megabeat offers you a professional service based on over 16 years experience
specializing in music and entertainment for weddings. We have provided
hundreds of newly weds with entertainment for their receptions. We provide
you with the highest quality of service before and at your event.
We will visit you to discuss your requirements and show you our video,
photos and recommendations. We will ascertain your taste in music and
arrange for any special tracks that you may want played.
We are able to set up before your event, thus ensuring there will be
no interruption during your meal. We can supply background music during
the meal and microphones for your speeches where required. Megabeat
can also arrange to work alongside bands or other forms of entertainment
you may choose to book.
Megabeat is totally committed to the success of your reception. Our
personal approach and attention to detail ensure your evening runs smoothly
and you can relax in the knowledge that your evening’s entertainment
is in safe hands.
Personal Meeting
With so much happening at receptions we feel its
only right to meet up with the Bride and Groom to be. We can arrange
this at a time to suit you, usually in the comfort of your own home.
This meeting is of course with out obligation.
We will be able to show you video footage and photographs
of previous Weddings we have catered for along with listings and references
for your review.
We will take notes relating to all aspects of the event
including timings, venue details, and working along with other outside
services you may have booked.
Music is the foundation of most evening entertainment
at Weddings. We will discuss your music taste and take note of details
concerning your first dance. We carry an extensive collection of music
covering late 50’s to current day chart on CD and Mini Disk.
On booking we will use this information to compile
a complete itinerary / confirmation report for your Wedding, which we
will post/e-mail to you.
Megabeat will then contact you a few weeks before your
big day to go over any last minute questions.

Shows
Megabeat believe it is better to give choice
for your event rather than just give you one show one price. The choice
is yours to make, and with the knowledge of hundreds of Weddings and
venue layouts we have attained through the years we are here to help
you.
We provide tailor made setups to suit your individual
needs, thus a meeting with us can provide a powerful tool in ascertaining
what you want. We are able to alter any set up to suit your requirements
but as a guide we list our most popular shows.
All shows include set up before your guests arrive,
back ground music and microphones for top table where required. All
shows include a fantastic light show, great sound and smoke and/or haze
machines where venue management allow..
Our dress code will be black tie for your reception
and will bring thousands of tracks covering late 50’s to current
chart.
On meeting up with you we will show you how the
different shows look in the form of video footage or photographs, this
way you will be able to ascertain the show most suitable for your reception.
Extras
There may be other items you may wish to
add to your Wedding that Megabeat can supply.
You may want confetti falling on your first dance, dry ice hovering
on the dance floor,? We can also arrange decorative interior mood lighting
such as star cloth, and outside illumination of buildings and marquees
where required.
