We believe that you want to take the same time and care selecting your evening’s entertainment as you have done selecting the venue, catering and other services. Megabeat offers you a professional service based on over 15 years experience specializing in music and entertainment for parties and weddings. We have provided hundreds of customers with entertainment for their parties and receptions. We provide you with the highest quality of service before and at your event.
We can arrange to visit you to discuss your requirements and show you our video, photos and recommendations from previous parties we have attended. We will ascertain the type of music you want played and arrange for any special requirements you may have. We setup well before the start of your event, thus ensuring there will be no interruptions such as sound checks etc. as your guests arrive. Megabeat can also arrange to work alongside bands or other forms of entertainment you may choose to book.

Megabeat provides you with a choice of five exciting shows containing modern lighting and professional sound systems. We can also arrange decor lighting inside or out to enhance your venues appearance.

Shows
Our dress code will be smart or black tie for your event, and we bring thousands of tracks covering late 50’s to current chart.

Our local area covers Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and London north of A406, but are able to travel to most areas within the south east where required.

Megabeat Disco provide tailor made setups to suit your individual needs, thus a meeting with us can provide a powerful tool in ascertaining what you want. We are able to alter any set up to suit your requirements but as a guide we list our most popular shows.

Megabeat believe it is better to give choice for your event rather than just give you one show one price. The choice is yours to make, and with the knowledge of hundreds of Parties and venue layouts we have attained through the years we are here to help you.

Shows listed contain a guest total or size of setup, this is important to realize the sound required and lighting that will be adequate for the size of venue. Through our experience we select the volume of the music to suit your event.

Show two is one of the most popular choices for parties with a attendance of around one hundred people, An original light show and great sound make sure your party goes down as one to remember.
You may also add extras of which we have listed a selection in the extras section. You may want to add our Karaoke or our unique Dry Ice Water Fall.

On meeting up with you we will show you how the different shows look in the form of video footage or photographs, this way you will be able to ascertain the show most suitable for your event.

Personal Meeting
How to Book and Arrange a Personal Meeting
We can arrange this at a time to suit you, usually in the comfort of your own home.

This meeting is of course with out obligation. We will be able to show you video footage and photographs of previous Parties we have catered for along with listings and references for your review.

We will take notes relating to all aspects of the event including timings, venue details, and working along with other outside services you may have booked.

Music is the foundation of most evening entertainment at Parties. We will discuss your music taste and take note of details concerning music choice.

On booking we will use this information to compile a complete itinerary / confirmation report for your event.

Megabeat will then contact you a few weeks before your event to go over any last minute questions.
